About This District
Founded in 2018, the Silicon Valley District comprises chapters in Altos, Cupertino, Dublin, Santa Clara, Fremont, and San Francisco, plus four committees (Art, IT, Media, Global Links). The district has hosted more than 300 volunteering events a year in partnership with Santa Clara County, the Korean American Community Center SF, and the Salvation Army — living its motto of "building people to become future leaders."

District ChairpersonHello everyone! My name is Siwoo Lee, and I am a senior at Dublin High School. I am honored to serve as the Silicon Valley District Chairperson for the 2026–2027 term, overseeing six chapters: Altos, Cupertino, Dublin, Fremont, Santa Clara, and San Francisco. Through this role, I hope to help our district thrive by supporting each chapter and creating more opportunities for members and officers to grow into leaders themselves. I'm grateful for the chance to serve, and I look forward to a meaningful and successful year with our Hwarang community.
